How To Make A Return
\nYour item must be in its original condition to be returned, unless there is a defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of receiving your prints.<\/p>\n

1. Please email us at info@shogunmaster.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
\n2. We will give you the address to send your item(s) you wish to return.
\n3. Include with your return a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.<\/p>\n

Return Exceptions
\nSome items can not be returned. These include any fees\/costs related to transportation fees, hotel costs, and entry permits.<\/p>\n

These expenses that have been used will not be accepted for return or exchange.<\/p>\n

Exchanges
\nIf you are not satisfied with the editing, you may request your images for a different style(editing) or size.
